Integrations

Connect the services you rely on.

Know what an integration does, what you need to connect and what remains subject to availability.

Payments through Stripe

A business payment account and an approved configuration are needed before live checkout. Confirm currency, tax treatment, refunds, settlement and the handling of interrupted payments as part of onboarding.

Do a provider-supported test of successful, declined and uncertain payments before launch. A demonstration checkout is not a live merchant connection.

Accounting with QuickBooks

The platform includes an accounting connection for invoices and payments. It requires the relevant QuickBooks account and authorisation, plus agreed tax and account mappings.

Compare an invoice, credit and payment in both systems before relying on synchronisation. Decide who investigates a rejected or delayed transfer. Existing accounting history does not become migrated simply because a connection is authorised.

Google sign-in

Google authentication must be configured for the workspace and its domain. Staff access and customer or trade permissions still belong to the application. Existing accounts may need a deliberate linking or recovery step.

Do not create a second account to bypass a failed sign-in. Use your workspace's recovery route or contact the administrator with the email address you already use.

Google review replies — coming soon

Review Desk is in development. Availability depends on Google Business Profile API access and the business authorising the connection. It is not currently offered here as an active service.

The intended workflow distinguishes replies that may be sent under an agreed policy from sensitive reviews held for approval. See the Review replies page for the proposed service; do not connect a business account until onboarding is available.

Documents and workshop exports

PDF documents and piece-list exports help connect the commercial record to production. CSV or DXF availability does not establish compatibility with every cutting machine or optimiser.

Ask for a representative file for your actual downstream system. Check units, orientation, holes, cut-outs, edge references and revision identity before a production handoff.

Scope a new connection properly

Bring the name and version of the system, the records that need to move, direction of transfer and how failures should be handled. We can assess the interface and quote any additional work.

A proposed connection is not a supported integration until its scope, ownership and acceptance examples are agreed.
