A managed service from the Panelane team: replies to your Google reviews written the way you would write them, with the difficult ones held for your approval, and a short report each month.
Not live yet. This service is being built. It goes live for each business only once Google grants that business's profile access to the Google Business Profile API, which Google approves case by case. Until then we will not post anything on your behalf.

Held for approval
Positive reviews get a reply automatically. Negative reviews get a draft that waits for your approval before anything is posted.
Monthly report
A short monthly summary of the reviews you received and the replies that went out.
Panelane can already show your Google reviews on your own site and lets your staff reply to reviews left there. The managed reply service for Google itself is the part that is coming soon.
